  • Protecting Surroundings: Isolating and protecting delicate areas, such as exterior electrical outlets, and pre-rinsing nearby vegetation and plants so the cleaning products do not damage them.

  • Pre-Soak Application: Spraying a specific biodegradable detergent or solution for decks (designed to combat fungi, mold, and algae). The product is left to sit for 10 to 15 minutes to soften deep grime without letting it dry.

  • Spot Scrubbing (if necessary): In areas with highly stubborn stains or heavy organic buildup (as seen in the center and along the wall), a medium-bristle brush may be used to help agitate and loosen the debris.
