Fall Preparation: Cleanup & Prevention

Leaf removal

Don't let dead leaves suffocate your grass, breed mold, or create slippery walkways. Our crew quickly gathers and removes all leaves and debris from your yard, ensuring your lawn can breathe and enters the winter season healthy. Here is a description of how we carry out the type of project shown in the photos below:

Assessment & Area Preparation: The crew inspects the space to evaluate the volume of accumulated leaves and identify obstacles that need to be protected or worked around (such as the white tent structure visible in the image).
Blowing & Gathering (Blowing/Raking): Using high-powered professional leaf blowers, the technicians loosen the leaves trapped in corners, along the base of the fences, and between the tree roots. The goal is to push all the scattered leaves into large, centralized piles, making collection easier.
Collection & Bagging: The leaf piles are collected. This can be done manually using wide rakes and shovels to transfer the leaves into heavy-duty yard bags or bins, or by using industrial leaf vacuums that mulch and suck the debris directly into the company truck.
Fine Detail Cleanup: After the bulk of the leaves is removed, a final, more detailed pass is made. The blower is used on a lower power setting to clear small debris, dust, or leaf fragments stuck to the grass (which, in this case, appears to be artificial turf), walkways, or patios.
Disposal: All collected organic material is transported off the client's property and taken to proper composting facilities, leaving the outdoor space clean, safe, and looking pristine.

Gutter cleaning

Gutters clogged with leaves and twigs lead to standing water and overflow, which can seep into your roof, walls, or damage your foundation when it freezes. We safely clean and clear your drainage system, ensuring water flows freely and your property remains protected. This is how we do it:

Preparation and Safety: The professional assesses the site and safely positions an extension ladder against the structure. The use of protective equipment, especially heavy-duty gloves, is essential.
Debris Removal (Scooping): The entire large volume of dry leaves, twigs, and accumulated organic matter is removed from the gutter. This is done manually or with a small plastic scoop, placing the debris into a bucket attached to the ladder or tossing it onto a tarp previously placed on the ground.
Fine Cleaning (Flushing/Blowing): After the excess is removed, the gutter is cleaned with a leaf blower to remove dust and fragments, or washed with a hose to eliminate fine dirt.
Downspout Verification: Pressurized water is run down the downspouts to confirm that the drainage is flowing freely. If there are clogs, clearing tools (such as flexible cables or water jets) are used to free them.
Site Cleanup: The ground around the work area is cleaned. Any leaves or debris that have fallen are collected, leaving the gutters completely clear and the property pristine.
